There are two forms of registrations namely: THE GROUP/FAMILY REGISTRATION & THE SINGLE REGISTRATION. The single registration form can also be used by Tour Only Pilgrims.

1. GROUP REGISTRATION.
   The group lead shall complete details of other intending pilgrims on the systems (or on the form whichever they choose) including the number of pilgrims going to Israel with the group. Group registration process are in two parts. The first part requires personal details of individual members in the group. For online registration this is simple however if you are using manual forms for the group registration you must complete the group registration forms for each member of the group. For those filling the Group Registration forms online the system will generate etour code for each member of the group upon completion of the first part of the group registration. The team lead will then login through www.rccgetour.org with the etour code and password of each member of the group to complete the second part of the group registration which among other things include upload of Passport photograph, International passport data page, visa on the passport, church affiliation, employment, sponsor details etc. Group registration is not complete until the second part of the pilgrim whole profiles are fully completed.
   
   For those who register for the tour as a Group (either as couple or as a large family) and still want Tour Only i.e. you want to book your Tickets by yourselves kindly choose TOUR ONLY FLIGHT. This will enable you to complete the registrations for every member in your group. After you must have booked your tickets (please take note of the Arrival Date & Time for pickup at the airport in Israel as well as your departure date & time from Israel), you will then login into your profile & update your flight details. This is very important for Tour Only Group as it will make it easy to the system to pair you up in Tour Buses & in the hotel rooms.
   
   
2. SINGLE/TOUR ONLY REGISTRATION.
   For those going to Israel alone, you are required to complete single registration form. From the portal click on Single Registration, the system will prompt you to SELECT MEMBERSHIP TYPE. Please choose TRCCG MEMBER (If you are an ordained minister in the Redeemed Christian Church Of God and you have a TRCCG CODE). If you click on TRCCG MEMBER the system will prompt you for TRCCG CODE and CMS PASSWORD. If these information are correct the system will pick all your details from the Church Management System and use same to autofill the form for you. You should go through the autofilled form and upload your recent passport photograph, international passport data page, existing visa(s) etc to complete the form. If you don't remember your TRCCG CODE or you are not registered on the Church Management System you can click on NEW PILGRIM and complete the registration form yourself.
   
   If any of these two details are correct, the system will pull up your old registration information and populate the form for you. Kindly go through the autofilled details and update it accordingly.

   • Date of Birth
   • Cell Phone
   • Email Address
   If any of these two details are correct, the system will pull your old registration details and populate the form for you. Just go through anyone that has changed and update accordingly.
   
   In order to complete the registration, it is important that you provide a valid and accessible e-mail address. You can get FREE email addresses from Yahoo or Gmail . 
   
   Images required to successfully complete the online application form are:
   • * Passport Photograph.
   • * Scanned data page of international passport.
   • * Scanned image of entry visa (if any)
     
     View sample recommended image postures or Validate your scanned images for compliance with the requirement of immigration office in Israel. Width of scanned images must be between 350 - 640 pixels, Height must be between 350 - 640 pixels otherwise the system will not allow you to submit your registration form.

            
   Other information required to fill the form include your full bio-data, religious affiliation, Employment details, active telephone number(s), etc. Where there are errors in the entered data , the form is redisplayed with all errors highlighted for you to make corrections.

3. ENTRY CONFIRMATION & EDITING.
   After successfull completion of the registration details, applicants will be presented with a confirmation page to either submit the application by clicking the "Confirm Entry" button or "Edit" button to alter the information provided.


4. Registration Acknowledgment receipt
   After confirming your entry, you will receive a printable Acknowledgment receipt containing your login details, an email will be sent to your inbox as well. Applicants are advised to print the confirmation page by clicking the Print confirmation button. Please note that you will use the information sent to you to login into the membership area as a registered member to make payment, to get updates on RCCG ISRAEL 2023 tour etc. For family members to stay together during the tour they must register as a group.

We had issues before with getting group tickets at a fixed cost from the airlines. This is because the exchange rate fluctuates every day, and the airlines cannot guarantee a fixed price for our Group tickets. However, we have resolved these issues withthe arrangement we have now with the Air Peace Airline. The Airline will now us from Lagos & Abuja directly to Israel instead of going through the nations of Egypt or Ethiopia.
For those who want to go with us to Israel from Port Harcourt, Enugu, Onitsha & Kano you will have to book a local flight from where you are and come to Lagos or Abuja whichever is closer so that you can join other contingents to Israel. Also it is possible that the ticket prices you find on this registration portal change without notice but if you can register and pay within one week there is every possibility that the change in price may not affect you. The Israel 2023 committee equally advise intending pilgrim who want to buy their tickets by themselves to register for Tour Only. However, you must take into consideration, the following departure and arrival date/time while buying your ticket:

1. Arrival Date and Time in Israel: 16th May, 2023 from 1:00AM to 4:00PM
2.Departure from Israel: 24th May, 2023 from 1:00AM to 4:00PM
3. Port of Arrival/Departure: Tel Aviv
